Gregory W. Stevens is an attorney with more than 33 years of experience. His practice focusses on criminal defense, family law, and bankruptcy law. Through his law office in Salt Lake County, Mr. Stevens represents clients through the Wasatch Front and Wasatch Back, including Salt Lake, Davis, Utah, Summit, and Weber Counties.
In his criminal defense practice, Mr. Stevens protects the rights of adults and juveniles charged with felony and misdemeanor offenses in State and Federal Courts. He also has substantial experience handling criminal appeals, violations of supervised release, probation violations, and parole violations.
In his family law practice, Mr. Stevens represents people in a wide range of matters, including divorce, child custody, protective orders, parent-time / visitation, and child support.
In his bankruptcy practice, Mr. Stevens represents individuals in the United States District Court for the District of Utah who are seeking protection under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 and in adversary proceedings.
